You just have to hand it to Sarah Palin! She trumps everytime. If any feels a 'thrill' run up your leg for anyone it should be for that smart, talented American. Of course I don't know many people who have had that experience with any political figure. Do you? Ummm- We won't go there.

The speech she gave at Hong Kong yesterday showed how smart she really was. ( Let me digress here) If anyone has to say he is smart, if anyone turns up their nose with glasses on end of nose, If anyone asks gotcha questions they are not smart to begin with.
You don't hear Sarah Palin telling everyone how smart she is. You don't see her walk with her nose in the air. You don't see her being
arrogant. What you do see is a smart, intelligent lovely woman who loves America. She is a breath of fresh air and I couldn't be more proud of her. She is a politician. She is an American woman. She is gracious and beautiful. I salute her.

This is not about politics. This is about my love for America. I do not like the way our America is being run. I don't like Obamacare. I do not like cap and trade. I do not really think I would have liked the "cash for Clunkers" had I needed a car. I did not like the way the stimulus was given away. I don't like it that people are afraid to speak up because they do not like to be labeled racist.

Speak up America! This your country. You have to live here. (unless you have the means to sell everything and move to an island). Even then I hope you would not like what that would to to America. I know there are millions of Americans who really love America!. Do you really think that anyone in power likes America? What do they say? How do they act? Do they have a background that is socialist? Marxist? Communist? You need to find out! It's your life.

I noticed the other day that most republicans in Congress are standing firm for the constitution. It makes me proud to be a conservative.
There has been so much of this bragging on the president for his speaking ability. 'I'm sorry' but I don't like arrogance. I'd rather see compassion and understanding. Do you have any thoughts on anything? Write me!!!

If I were him I would come out quickly and refute these names. It's a scary thing and people aren't doing him any favors. I am greatly concerned about this.

Have you read the historic story of the Israelites: Abraham, Isaac and Jacob?
It is an exciting and adventutous odyssey about the beginning of a dynasty. You can get lost in the history told in the
Old Testament Follow God,s people accross countries and through centuries.
My hope and prayer is that President Obama did not intentional speak words against them. Does he understand
the importance of this country steeped in tradition. Thank God President George Bush knew that apart from being a democracy in the middle of Muslim nations, it also was chosen of God. For those two reasons we need to see that they are not alone. Too many people would like to destroy them. We know that they will survive but blessed be the nations who help them to do so.

THE BELOVED BANKER

The banker of Gossamer was much beloved by the citizens. He had been banker for some time and accumulated much wealth.
One day he looked at all the wealth in his bank and decided that he could use all of that mone to make people happy. i.e.Spread the wealth so to speak.He had much borrying power and decided to borrow as much money as he could so as to make more people
happy. So he did all of that. He gave money to his wife and to her parents. He gave more money to his parents. He bought furs, artwork, jewelry, cars and homes. He was delerious with happiness. He knew that the people loved him and would be happy if he were happy. Some people became concerned at all of this borrowing and spending. They begin to grumble. A few hundred thousand people even had tea parties. Others said, "Leave him alone. He knows what he is doing. He is like God. We want him to be happy.
If you leave him alone we will all have more money than before. We'll be rich and happy."
This went on for about four years.
Does this story have a happy ending?

Have you thought about voting? For whom will you vote? Have you thought about who you want to lead this wonderful country into the future? Have you considered the person you have chosen as a leader you want to follow? Then go out and vote for the best person. Let's all hope we chose wisely. After you have voted for the president then don't render that president powerless by chosing for congress the people that have led our country to the brink of disaster. Let's get rid of some of the do-nothing people that have been in there for the years that it took to bring the nation to the brink of danger.

Consider:

Will this president play golf instead of going after the terrorists?

Will this president raise your taxes?

Will this president lead our country down the path to socialism or even fascism>

I am not excited about any of the three but I will put much prayer and thought into my vote. And believe me, I will vote for someone. The candidate I vote for will be one of the two that are chosen by the two parties. The other candidate will only take votes away from the candidate that is best for the country. Remember how Perot derailed the presidency by first getting out of the running and then getting back in so that he could order the winner. I see nothing wrong with having three candidates in the running if there is a real chance for the three to win. We have to use common sense.

Republicans and Democrats: Congress.

We have a problem in this country. You have twiddled your thumbs. You have allowed gas prices so high that it took sixty dollars to fill my tank and I don't own a SUV either. Why did you let things get so out of hand? You could have opened up Alaska. You could have done something. You are becoming so out of it that you are becoming obsolete. We don't really need you. You are afraid to help those people that gave you a mandate when we elected you. You didn't know what to to do with it. You let people call our President a liar. You did not support him. You gave him a campaign reform package that wasn't worth the paper it was written on. The Democrats somehow got around that. When it was first passed I said they would. Am I smarter than you are?

You just didn't care enough to work for us. You knew why we voted for you. You knew why we gave you President Bush instead of what you could have had. You did not respect either us or President Bush. Did it do any good? No! You allowed a far left pair to occupy the leadership. Are you so afraid that you would lose that you lost? I and many others have lost confidence in you. GET TO WORK, CONGRESS!!!!!!

We have just gone through a period of twenty years where congress did nothing to help us keep decency and morality in our system. You almost let America sink. You did not impeach a president who had proven he did not have America's interest at heart. You sat and allowed good people to be villified. They did care for our country. You are sitting on your hands You silently let the most beloved President of all be besmeared. You let a good man who stepped up to try to put America back on track be slandered. I'm speaking about Presidents Ronald Reagan and George W Bush. When are you going to help? Now is the time. Can you imagine what will happen to America if you sit and let the wrong people get into the White House?

If you had done what we elected you to do you could have made America into the country we needed it to be. We need a country with lower taxes, people taking care of their own, peace through strength and values that makes us Blessed. We don't even know that you would do so if we donated money to the party again. You betrayed us and we don't like it that much.
